Returns and warranty
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. All items must be returned, at your expense, in perfect condition with the label and in their original packaging. Refunds will only be issued once we have received and inspected the merchandise. If the merchandise shows signs of use, no refund will be issued and the merchandise will not be returned.
Please note that we are not obliged to refund and return items lost due to a wrong address. Please double-check your information before placing your order.
